What a year for Relay! This year I was asked to be the Publiciy Chair for Relay for Life. It was a lot of fun being on the Comittee and helping out. Beth, my aunt, was our team Capitan for Fish Fight and she did amazing. Our team all really pitched in this year and we came out HUGE! We have raised $14,861 so far. It's amazing at what the memory of a handlful of people can do to motive others to get out there and find donations and donate themselves. This all started because of my Grandpa and I'm so happy to have stepped up and started us on this journey called Relay for Life. After Team Fish Fight, the next teams came in at just over $6,000. Wow. I'm awed by our family team and those that have donated for us. We are about $150 short of hitting the $15,000 which the Salt Lake Rep for Relay for Life/The American Cancer Society has never seen a team hit.
