Mowing the Lawn with Grandpa

Grandpa Hansen bought a riding lawn mower and boy does Kira have fun with him! 

Easter 2014!

We had a great Easter! We were lucky enough to get to spend a few hours with Kira on Easter even though it wasn't our Holiday. We ate an early dinner at my parents house and waited for Kira to get there. Her and Collin had fun watching the ducks in the pond before we started the easter egg hunt. Then they had a BLAST finding eggs and toys throughout the yard. The Easter Bunny was pretty sneaky and even left her basket in the Jeep for her to find. She got a new swimsuit and a towel dress which are perfect for our summer boating adventures. Then we headed to Andy's Parents for another dinner where Kira got more Easter presents from Aunt Maria and Grandma Hansen. She was oh so spoiled this year. 

Coloring Easter Eggs!

One of my favorite things to do at Easter time is color eggs. This year I was so happy we got to share this tradition with our daughter Kira. She was so excited to color eggs. Her and I had even gone shopping the week before we colored these to buy some coloring kits and candy for Easter. She had a blast. I think she had more fun using the rollers to color the eggs herself than anything else, oh and the glitter of course!

After we were done I let her take the rollers into the bath with her and she painted the tub. It was a lot of fun!

Spring is Here!

This past week was a blast. We had Kira again this last weekend and had a lot of fun! We went to Baby Animal Days, got to wear our fun sunglasses because the sun was shining, took family pictures, went to The Lego Movie, ordered LOTS of newborn photography props, worked on Andy's jeep, and purchased new wheels and tires for my jeep (Photos to come!).
